Our standard turnaround time is typically 3-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the customisation and our current order volume. For items like our TimeFrames or Timeless cases, which involve less complexity in customisation, we often have a quicker turnaround for your convenience.

Can I include personal photos in the scrapbook?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order is placed, shoot us an email with your order number and personal photos, and we will incorporate them into your custom scrapbook.

Is there a limit to the number of pages or photos I can include in my custom scrapbook?

Our standard scrapbook includes 10 pages (back and front) and no more than 4-5 photos per page.

What themes or occasions do you offer for custom scrapbooks?

We offer a wide range of themes for custom scrapbooks, including birthdays, weddings, travel, and more. If you have a specific theme in mind, feel free to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I pay for my custom scrapbook order?

We, right now (temporarily) accept payments via online bank transfer, and you will receive an invoice with payment instructions once your order details are confirmed.

What is the cost of delivery, and where do you deliver?

Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and will be provided at the time of checkout. We offer island-wide delivery, with complimentary service for addresses from West Bay to George Town. Deliveries from Bodden Town to the East End may incur associated fees.

Do you have additional products beyond scrapbooks?

Absolutely! While our specialty is creating beautiful and customised scrapbooks, we also offer other customised products to enhance your memories.
